Caretakers Cottage:
Restored and updated. Living room, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths. Fabulous wood floors and spiral staircase to second floor.

Restaurant previously the Carriage House:
Large two story Foyer with Double glass entrance doors. Separate bar and seating area, commercial kitchen, storage and utility areas. Dance floor. Out of doors seating areas.

The restaurant has been in operation for 15 years. The chef and his wife were running it with a lease that they relinquished as of Nov. 2005. Tables, chairs, dishes and cutlery for approx. 200 persons is present. Restaurant is not currently metered separately from the Chateau, but should not present a difficult task.

The chef and his wife lived in quarters above the restaurant where there is additional space to add or modify for additional beds, baths etc.

The stables are attached to the Carriage house/restaurant and has its own courtyard and gate. It is just across the front lawn from the Chateau itself.  Stalls for the horses, herringbone brick floors and surroundings are still original. When the restaurant needed additional areas to stage large parties with multiple areas, the stables and courtyard has made a wonderful optional place for guests. The stables have often been turned into a bar and hors d’oeuvres area. Multiple automobile garages are a part of the stable as well.

Additional bedrooms are present in the upper floors and can be further expanded or modified.
Guest House:
This charming original structure has been remodeled. Includes wonderful entrance hall of stone, a large bedroom and sitting area with pitched beamed ceilings and double windows opening to the grounds, kitchen, laundry and charming private back patio.
